Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BingeYogi, a TV show and movie tracking service operated by LogicYogi, a Canadian studio (logicyogi.com). The “Service” means the BingeYogi website and our mobile apps. By using BingeYogi, you agree to these terms.

Not affiliated with TV Time

BingeYogi is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TV Time, TVShow Time, or Whip Media. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BingeYogi.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don’t upload unlawful content or data that isn’t yours to upload.
• Don’t use the service to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy the site or its content by automated means, and don’t use it to train, fine-tune, or build machine-learning or AI models or datasets, without our prior written permission. The site’s design, code, and content are ours or our licensors’.

Your data & imports

You own your data. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it solely to provide the service. If you import an export from another service, you confirm it is your own data and that you have the right to upload it.

Content you post

BingeYogilets you post content such as comments, uploaded photos, and GIFs (GIFs are provided by GIPHY and are subject to GIPHY’s terms). You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your comment to other users on the relevant show, movie, or episode). You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to it.

BingeYogi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don’t post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and don’t impersonate, harass, or abuse others. You can report (flag) any content or user, and you can block abusive users so they can no longer find, follow, contact, or interact with you. Reported and blocked content is removed from your view immediately and is reviewed by us; we may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms. You can also delete your own content at any time. We use a limited automated phrase filter as well, but it cannot catch everything and we do not review every post before it appears.

Founding Supporter & payments

BingeYogi is free to use. The Founding Supporter is an optional way to support the project; it unlocks a few cosmetic extras but gates no core features. Website purchases are processed through Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed byApple In-App Purchase. The Android app does not currently offer an in-app supporter purchase. The available plans are:

• Web monthly ($1/month founding price): a Stripe subscription that automatically renews each month until you cancel.
• Lifetime: a single payment that grants supporter status permanently. On the web, you may choose the Stripe contribution amount (currently prefilled at $9.99); iOS offers the same supporter extras as a fixed-price, non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase. It does not renew.

Auto-renewal & cancellation. The monthly plan renews automatically at the price shown before purchase until you cancel. Stripe subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe customer portal, and benefits remain active through the current paid period after cancellation. The iOS lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.

Founding pricing. Current prices are an early-supporter offer and may change for future purchases. A completed lifetime purchase remains lifetime access unless it is refunded, reversed, or charged back. Existing Stripe subscriptions continue on the price and terms shown at checkout unless changed with the notice and consent required by applicable law.

Payments & processing.Stripe’s terms apply to website checkout, and Apple’s terms apply to iOS In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices, taxes, billing period, and any renewal terms are displayed before purchase. You can restore eligible Apple purchases from the iOS app.

Refunds. Because BingeYogi is free and the Founding Supporter is a voluntary contribution, Stripe supporter payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Apple handles refund requests for purchases made through the App Store. If you believe your supporter access is missing or you were charged in error, email contactlogicyogi@gmail.comand we’ll help.

EU/UK right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Supporter benefits are delivered immediately, so by completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied. This does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Third-party content

Show and movie information and artwork are provided via third parties. Such content is provided “as is.” We credit our metadata sources:

• Metadata and artwork provided by TheTVDB. Please consider adding missing information or subscribing.
• Additional metadata and ratings provided by OMDb, which sources data from IMDb.

Early access & availability

BingeYogi is new and evolving. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicYogi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you and LogicYogi submit to the courts located in Alberta, Canada. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Termination

You may stop using BingeYogi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
