TV Time migration
How to import your saved TV Time archive
Last updated: July 16, 2026
TV Time shut down on July 15, 2026. If you already downloaded your data archive, it still works: upload the original .zip to restore the supported history it contains. If you do not have an archive, you can still start fresh in BingeYogi.
The export deadline has passed
TV Time’s request service is no longer available. BingeYogi can import an archive you saved before shutdown, but it cannot retrieve history left only on TV Time’s servers.
Step by step
- 1
Find the archive you already downloaded
Look in Downloads, your email attachments, cloud storage, or backups for the original .zip sent by TV Time. You do not need to unpack it before importing.
- 2
Keep an untouched backup
Copy the original .zip somewhere safe before importing. It is your portable record of the fields TV Time included, and BingeYogi never needs to modify it.
- 3
Upload the .zip to BingeYogi
Create a free BingeYogi account, choose the TV Time import, and upload the original .zip. The importer reads the supported CSV records inside it.
- 4
Review the import summary
BingeYogi reports what it restored. TV Time archives vary, so details omitted from your file (such as comment text, uploaded photos, or some historical labels) cannot be recreated.
No archive? You can still start fresh
Create a free account and choose Start fresh. We will never pretend to recover records that are not in a saved archive, but you can rebuild your library and begin tracking from today.
What comes across, and what doesn’t
The export is 100% text (CSV). BingeYogireads it and restores the parts that make your tracker feel like home. A few things TV Time never put in the export, so no tool can bring them. We’d rather tell you up front.
Imports cleanly
- Followed shows, watchlist and archived state
- Watched episodes, with the available watched date
- Aggregate rewatch counts
- Movies you tracked, watched or watchlisted
- Your ratings
- Reaction records (some older exports provide IDs without the original emotion names)
- Favorite-character votes
- Custom-list names, privacy and membership when those records are present
- Badges you earned
- Stats: time watched, counts, marathons
- Notification preferences
Not in the export
- ×The text of comments you wrote (TV Time’s export has no comment body)
- ×Photos and memes you uploaded inside comments
- ×Separate dates for every rewatch when the export supplies only an aggregate count and one date
- ×Original reaction names when an older export supplies only numeric emotion IDs
- ×Custom-list item membership when TV Time omits those rows from the export
- ×Your profile picture and quiz images (they live on TV Time’s servers and stop loading after July 15, 2026)

Common questions
Can I still request my TV Time data?
TV Time shut down on July 15, 2026, so its export service is no longer available. If you already downloaded the .zip, BingeYogi can import it at any time.
What if I do not have an archive?
You can still create a free BingeYogi account and start fresh. BingeYogi cannot retrieve data that remained only on TV Time’s unavailable servers.
Should I unzip the archive first?
No. Keep the original .zip intact and upload it directly. BingeYogi safely reads the supported files inside it.
What data can I bring to BingeYogi?
BingeYogi imports supported records present in your archive: followed shows and their state, watched episodes and aggregate rewatch counts, tracked movies, ratings, reactions, favorite-character votes, list data, badges and stats. Some exports omit per-play dates, reaction names, list membership, comment text and uploaded photos, so BingeYogi cannot recreate details TV Time did not include.
Is it free to import into BingeYogi?
Yes. Create a free BingeYogi account, upload your .zip, and the import restores your history at no cost. No ads, your data never sold.
